On Monday 22nd April 1991, a tribute dinner was held at the Dorchester Hotel, London to mark Juan Manuel Fangio’s 80th Birthday.
This comprehensive pack was presented to the attendees, a tri-fold cut-away Mercedes W196 wallet containing a Pirelli sponsored menu with BMW M pin-badge, a collection of eight 8x5in photographs of Fangio and his team mates (two signed by Stirling Moss), a Mercedes-Benz press release, spec sheet for the W196 and a booklet profiling JM Fangio. The Fangio signature is pre-printed.
Complete copies of this folder a very rare, this one survives, with some wear but in complete condition and has been hand signed by Stirling Moss, supplied with COA.
