Description
The Matra MS80 was the fourth Formula One car produced by Matra (following the MS9, MS10 and MS11). The Ford Cosworth DFV-powered car (engine 3000 cc, estimated at around 420 bhp (313 kW)) took Jackie Stewart to the Formula One World Championship title in 1969.
Fresh from the Grosvenor Hotel, here’s the Autosport Awards table centre for 2019, the groundbreaking Matra MS80, numbered and hand signed by Sir Jackie Stewart, celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Sir Jackie’s first of three World Championships, including all paperwork and COA.
Model is by Amalgam, roughly 1:18 in scale, high quality case with slot for COA in the base, reveal box with clip fixing, mint condition (never displayed on the night).
