Description
Possibly one of the most iconic motor racing photographs taken. Stirling Moss in the lightweight Lotus 18, a car that should have been out-classed by the new Ferrari ‘sharknose’, cornering hard at Station Corner, looking directly at the camera. The canopy over-flying the track, with photographers and spectators casually watching track side, as the little Lotus was expertly flicked from corner to corner by the previous years’ winner – in the very same car.
This superb unmouted photograph is printed at an impressive 50x35cm size on photographic heavyweight paper and is hand signed by Sir Stirling, with a photographic Certificate of Authenticity to go with one of the best racing phpotographs ever taken.
